Arm Drag to Double Leg Takedown

So now that we have covered the Arm Drag and Double Leg Takedown here is my explanation of how to link up the techniques.  The arm drag to the Double Leg is a favorite of mine, its not too complicated and it is highly effective when done correctly. If your just starting out remember its important to take your time don't rush that's how injuries happen. Combine the steps from the Arm Drag and follow them up with the steps from the Double Leg.  When you get some practice in the technique will flow naturally.

 I threw in the rest of the steps just in case, or so you don't have to flip back and forth in between tabs
